Welcome to Citrus Villa set in Orange groves with a conservation area at the rear. The Orange Tree development has tennis; basketball courts & children’s play area. It is close to all the major parks and has everything you need for a fantastic holiday in Florida. |

 The Family Room The seating area is comfortable and spacious, just right to relax and watch the cable HDTV, DVD or listen to some music. |
 Master Bedroom The Master bedroom has king sized bed, cable TV with VCR & DVD and a ceiling fan to keep you cool & patio doors leads to the pool area. |
 Game Room The games room has something to keep adults and children amused which includes soccer, pool table and an air hockey table. |
 Kitchen The well equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a snack or a three course meal. This includes a large oven, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, waste disposal, toaster & coffee maker. |
 Master En-Suite Bath The en-suite bathroom has a large walk in shower, oval bath tub, twin vanity sinks, hairdryer and separate toilet. There is a large walk in closet with a Brinks Safe. |
 Third Bedroom This room has twin beds, a TV with VCR & closet & drawer space. |
 Breakfast Nook The Breakfast Nook adjoins the kitchen. You can look out through the large window to the pool area over breakfast. |

 Second Bathroom The second bathroom has bath tub with shower over, twin vanity sinks, hairdryer and toilet. The door leads to the pool area. |

 Pool and Spa The pool is a 32’ roman sport pool complete with a heated spa and covered by a Lanai. Pool heating is available on request. There are plenty of sun loungers, tables, and chairs for your relaxation. |
