 The Family Room The Family Room at the rear of the home offers spacious seating and direct access to the pool area. A coffee table, TV, VCR/DVD combo and rug are located here as well as a faux fireplace. There are table lights in addition to a central light and ceiling fan for extra comfort. |
 Master Bedroom The master bedroom features a king size bed with attractive Florida style bedding, and has doors that open directly to the lanai. There is a TV in the is room in addition to ample drawer space and access to a walk-in closet. For our younger guests a full size wooden cot is provided and is stored in the walk-in closet. |
 Pool and Spa The large south facing private screened pool has underwater lighting and the benefit of a spacious sun deck. The large covered lanai has twin light fittings with fans providing a cool shaded area for sitting. There is a variety of pool furniture comprising of four sun loungers, a table and four chairs plus an additional four chairs. |
 Den The Formal Sitting Room is located at the front of the home. It is furnished with 2 Sofas (one being a double bed sofa bed), table lights, rug, coffee table, TV, video and mini hi-fi system. Doors open from this area directly to the lanai and pool area. |
 Master En-Suite Bath The master en-suite bathroom features a garden style tub in which you can relax after a busy day, There is a large walk-in shower, separate W.C., and twin vanity sink units. |
 Spa (up close) A closer look at the spa - the ideal place to help you relax after a long day of walking. The pool area is perfect for alfresco meals or that relaxing drink. Also outdoor cooking is made easy as a park style grille is situated just outside the screened pool area. |
 Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen has all the major appliances you are likely to need. The laundry room is located just off the kitchen and has a washing machine, tumble drier, utility sink, ironing board and iron. Access to the two-car garage is through the laundry. |
 Second Bedroom The second bedroom features a queen size bed, TV, large closet and window that overlooks the rear of the property. |
 Third Bathroom A third bathroom is located between the two twin rooms and is fitted with a bath with shower over, W.C., and vanity sink unit. |
 Breakfast Nook The breakfast nook, for informal dining, is located just off the kitchen and family room. It has windows overlooking the pool and has seating for 6 people. |
 Second Bathroom There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity sink and W.C. adjacent to the second bedroom This bathroom also has an external door giving access to the facilities from the pool area. |
 Fourth Bedroom A Disney theme is present in the fourth bedroom. This room also has twin beds with a mouse motif for those young at heart. |
 Formal Dining The dining room, at the front of the home, offers seating for 6 people. Dine in style in this beautiful formal setting which is directly accessible from the kitchen. There is a highchair available for our younger guests. |
 Third Bedroom The third bedroom has twin beds and is ideal for any member of your party. |
